I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and having a great start to the New Year! In my monthly Home sales Wildomar CA market trends report I will be pulling the numbers from December and comparing them to January for the city of Wildomar. This time of the year tends to be a little slower for the real estate market as you will see below with the information I’m providing. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths.
- Total Number of Active Listings in January: 69
- Average Listed Price of Wildomar Homes in January: $384,972
- Total Number of Closes in December: 31
- Average Sold Price for Homes in Wildomar in December: $323,301
- Average Days on the Market: 67
We have dropped the number of active homes on the market from December. We had 82 then and currently only have 69 active listings in Wildomar. I’m also seeing that the average price that homes are being listed for has decreased slightly from $390,155 in December to now $384,872. I am hopeful that we will start to see things pick back up in the next few months and as we head into spring.
Taking a look at what sold in December, there were 31 homes that closed which is only 4 more than November. The price that these homes are selling for has very slightly increased from $323,303 to now $328,301 only $5000. I do see that homes seem to be moving a little quicker than they were in November. There is a 15 day difference in the average days on the market.
