November Market Update Temecula 2015
With Thanksgiving upon us, I’m sure this finds you either getting ready for family to arrive or you heading out for the upcoming holiday. The Temecula Valley is starting to feel a little cooler with a change in temperature and the leaves noticeably changing to reds, oranges, and browns. In this month’s market trends report, In this months report I will be pulling the current numbers for the November Market Update Temecula 2015 and comparing them to the numbers of October. As always my stats are based on single family, detached residences, with 3+ bedrooms and 2+ baths.
• Number of Active Temecula Listings in November: 342
• Average Temecula Home Price in November: $528,492
• Number of Closes in October: 131
• Average Price of Temecula Home in October: $449,330
• Average Days on the Market: 67
Taking a look right away, I can see the November Market Update Temecula 2015 hasn’t changed all that much currently. We had a total of 352 homes listed on the market a month ago and that number has only dropped slightly to 342. The current listed price of these homes has decreased from $535,718 down to $528,492, nothing too drastic.
Moving onto what has been selling in the area, I see that these numbers aren’t fluctuating a whole lot either. Back in September there were 158 homes that sold in Temecula and in October that number dropped by 27 escrows down to 131. The selling price of these homes has increased slightly from $433,598 to $449,330. The days on the market has increased this month from 56 to 67 currently.
